I, the above-named Principal, personally guarantee the prompt payment, when it falls due, of every claim which now exists, or may hereafter arise, in favor of SZ Vape LLC dba Vype Vapor. This is a continuous guarantee and shall remain in force until revocation in writing to SZ Vape LLC at the registered address of 3322 E Sunset Rd, Ste 120, Las Vegas NV 89120, USA and duly acknowledged by SZ Vape LLC.

I, the above-named Principal, personally guarantee payment of all debt incurred by the above-named company / corporation in favor of SZ Vape LLC dba Vype Vapor.

In the event that this guarantee is placed in the hands of an attorney for enforcement, I the above-named Principal agree to pay any reasonable costs associated with enforcement of the same.
